Gifts By Piniki does not accept requests for refunds or returns. Our products are customized and made just for you. Our Products are custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
APPAREL:
We do not accept returns at the moment. However, you may exchange your product with another product of equal value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The faster you return the product in the same condition, the sooner you can receive the exchanged item. Once your returned product has been received, you will be given a purchase link for your exchange item.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at giftsbypiniki@gmail.com. You will be provided with an address to send items to. Once items are confirmed to be in the same condition, we will proceed with exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
